Biography
"Kakakakakakakaa, you want to see my latest creation?"
He had been brought here as an egg, at least that's what Seacrest assures the rest of the clan. That a dragon who has since moved on to serve the Stormcatcher found the abandoned Lightning egg just lying there on the ground, covered in dirt and dust. Feeling sorry for it, the dragon brought it to CrestHaven before he continued on to join Bossdad. Hatter, one of the founders of CrestHaven, stands by this even though he himself can't recall the event.
The rest of CrestHaven believes something else. The story they all believe to be true, as crazy as it may seem, starts in the Carrion Canyon, not far from where the clan resides. It had been a normal day in the Canyon, the clan at the time had been smaller than it is now, perhaps ten or so dragons. Most were enjoying the dry heat produced by the sporadic spires. Seacrest lounged in the back on his lair in an attempt to stay cool as he had yet learned a way to keep his summer coat permanent. A crack resounded between the two canyon walls that enclose their home. No, this was not a crack of thunder. A crack of thunder's a normal occurrence and would not turn heads and create the worried, skeptical looks that all the clan had.
No, that crack was the sound of the Expanse splitting. A claw abruptly shot out and then another one. The dark shade of shamrock blended in well with the clay scenery and green shrubs. Soon, a tail popped out which showed that it was not the front end, but the back end that had broken through first. Once the strange creature managed to push itself out with its hindlegs, it became quite clear that this was no strange creature, just merely a young mirror hatchling, Rabble.
The first thing Rabble did, once he looked around and saw where he was, was let loose his infamous laugh: "Kakakakakakakaa!" He clapped his hands and fell over onto his back as he did this and just continued to do this action of laughing and clapping. He rolled around on his back as he did so, his toes on his hind legs kept clasping together as if he wasn't sure what he supposed to do with them.
Suddenly, as quick as he started this, he stopped and sat up. In the next moment, he took a step forward to test his legs. And then another one, then he zipped off in the opposite direction and didn't stop until he tripped and tumbled his way into CrestHaven. And here he stayed. Seacrest isn't sure how this story got started, but he has a certain inkling it has something to do with their resident trickster.
Rabble is the resident Mad Scientist. He loves nothing more than going deep into his lair and staying there for days on end mucking around and developing the strangest things. This is how Equalise and Overflow came to be, the Alchemical Spills Rabble had heard about from a dragon passing through. He just had to try to make one for himself and instead made two. They now serve as his assistants.
The strange mirror also took in Raimi when she came here as a hatchling. He treats her as a younger sister so this proves that Rabble does indeed have a heart, which brings relief to many residents. He loves her to death and doesn't seem to understand how she could fall in love with an Imperial of all dragons. You'll often see him mumbling about something in regards to this.
Rabble's current interests include obtaining or creating genes for himself as he has grown tired of how he looks and offered the same service to Seacrest as he too does not possess any genes. Though Seacrest has politely turned him down numerous times, Rabble doesn't seem to understand the concept of no.
