Biography

Caesar eventually encountered the Guild of Dauntless Discoverers when they were sent to slay him, oddly enough. However, the imperial's quick wit and powerful stature allowed him instead to convince the original six of his usefulness. Now, he uses the guild's resources and good will to pursue more of his own power in exchange for some truly banal work, a beneficial arrangement indeed.

______ A strong warrior, powerful mage, and a little bit crazy are words to describe Caesar. He was born to a simple arcane clan, but his parents taught him something before he was sold off to who knows where in their minds. Do anything for power. When he ended up in Gencentric, the old matriarch had perished and her sons had taken lead. They were the princes, but now no one could fill the role really. Yes, William still was the ambassador, but there was more needed, princes were needed. The dark purple imperial named Gatekeeper was far too old for such a role, but when he laid his yellow eyes on Caesar he knew he’d be perfect. He quickly adopted the child as his son, even if his own brother, Chance said he was a mistake to allow it it happen. Caesar wasn’t sure what was going on but loved the dark aura of his new father. He was fed, given a perfect bed, and raised with the idea one day he would get to be the new king when the current kings perished.

______ Caesar, while still a hatchling, asked Gatekeeper for training. Gatekeeper, wanting to have more power and a chance personally at the thrown, didn’t think twice when he said yes. Caesar went through brutal trails. He was thrown down pits and told to climb up, to drag Gatekeeper himself across the clan’s grounds, and even to fly in a storm. At first, Caesar thought his father wanted to just kill him, but when he got into a fight with another hatchling and won easily he realized how much his adoptive father had helped him. Every time he finished the tasks given, he asked Gatekeeper for it to be doubled. Soon at a young age, he had improved his physical strength so much so he could handle intruders himself. There was, however, one thing his father could never teach him, magic. Gatekeeper personally had no magic himself, Chance’s magic could only do so much. Thus Caesar asked his father to be allowed to train under the clan’s head mage.

______ Gatekeeper hated Jack, Jack was there when Cherish was executed and even helped overthrow her. Gatekeeper and Jack were both put into power by her, and Cherish gave him free roam to do whatever he wanted to do when Demi came to power the bogsneak he had lost his freedom and almost his job. However, Jack was strong, and could easily help shape Caesar perfectly. Gatekeeper swallowed his pride and allowed Caesar to do as he wished. At first, Jack rejected him, telling him he didn’t like the path Caesar would go down, but when he went to find another teacher the Pearl Catcher’s pride was his downfall. He gave in, the old clan oracle even telling him not to, but he ignored her. Caesar’s magic was odd; not only could he use normal arcane magic much stronger than normal dragons, but he could use it to sway others to his side. By the time he was an adult, he was a force to be reckoned with.

______ Caesar then approached the kings with his father, and Gatekeeper asked them to make him their heir. Both kings were taken aback. They had never considered having heirs, and Caesar was almost fully grown, not really suitable to be a child of theirs in any way. However, Caesar used his magic and began to sweet talk them with his silver tongue. Before Gatekeeper could say, anyone, Caesar was made a prince. No one knew how to feel about it at first, but after fighting back the foes of Gencentric, be it beast clans or shaded pawns, The other dragons realized the ambitious dragon wasn’t the worst to keep around in a powerful position.

______ Caesar was however, not the best dragon. He was savage to the ones he defeated, he would do things that are too horrible to speak of, but one case was he ripped the wings off a rival general he fought against. He never thought of the kings as anything but that, kings. They thankfully never expected him to be a son, just a person of lower rank that was a powerful general. Caesar would be described as a dark power hunger being, but he does have morals shockingly. He refuses to harm children oddly enough. If an innocent child were to pass him by, he’d most likely take it in.

______ Laesar eventually chose he needed a mate, even his slightly dark heart longing for someone. He tried many mates, but one stuck with him. She was an Oracle, but her odd dark aura drew him in with her sickening perfume. Her name was Julia, and he was head over heels for her. To prove his love, he fought until he could bring her back a ring to claim her as his, and his alone. The odd imperial accepted but told him to be careful in his goals. He never chose to take her advice, but when she’s around he does everything as safely as he can. She seems to be the only one to really see a soft side to the dark, sly imperial.
