Lycus is best known for his malevolent and toothy grin. Unfeeling at best, he has an evil and sadistic streak which would make the Shade itself shudder. He's a beautiful dragon, but in the same way that a knife is beautiful. It's no wonder that the cruel and proud Airini shows such favor to Lycus.

Lycus is known to carelessly inflict pain, whether in the course of his scathing commentary or by simply mauling another dragon. He has a talent for finding the weak spots of another dragon, whether physically or mentally, and seems to enjoy exploiting them to cause the most damage. His voice is full of venom, and he dips his claws in poison to match.
