The a song in the scrapping, breaking of bones speaks warnings. And the the dead try to pass on the knowledge that they wish they'd known, wish they'd remembered. You aren't alone, here. Can you feel the eyes? They're always staring, you can feel the weight of their gaze like a lover's breath on the back of your neck. Listen, please. Too much is unknown, too much to ever be known. These beings, these... corrupted and cursed and cured things know nothing of mortality any more. They bay like dogs for blood and whip the world into a roaring frenzy.
