Biography
Quick to anger, Aurora is prone to getting into scuffles with others. However, contrary to her appearance, she is certainly more than capable of handling herself in a fight, as many who have crossed her have discovered first-hand.
Her pastel colors and gem-encrusted hide are reminiscent of sophisticated princesses, which is the impression given to others, causing them to treat Aurora like one, making comments on her 'delicacy' and constantly coddling her.
This only served to irritate her, however. She loathed the fact that she was being viewed as weak and incompetent. Eventually, she decided that she would simply have to show just how capable she really was, and was thus spurred on to become a Mire Flyer; dragons well-known to be the best fighters and excellent choices for exaltee training.
Following this change, all dragons she spoke to were often dropped a hint as to her new status when they referred to her as 'delicate', with Aurora watching on in satisfaction as their eyes widened ever so slightly. Those who had disregarded such warnings would have received a snappy response, and would eventually come to regret it when they were faced with her wrath after multiple offences.
Her originally prideful and fierce attitude was only enhanced after becoming a Mire Flyer, when she began to garner much respect and superiority. It's been much harder to get her to be more compassionate to other dragons besides her close friends.
Despite her strength, Aurora continues to don stylish apparel and her strides remain ever graceful. To those who know her, it serves as a reminder that they should never judge another based on appearances alone. She also enjoys using this guise to surprise strangers and dupe her enemies. Even during battle, her movements remain delicate and smooth, as she deals blow after blow upon her unfortunate foes. At this point, even the most skeptical of dragons will have to admit to her strength.
In keeping with her image, her familiar is a Winter Wolf, which obeys her every command and has the same attitude as its master, fierce and prideful. They are frequently seen battling harmoniously in tandem, their actions comparable to that of figure skaters. They work so well together, in fact, many a dragon speculate that the wolf is in fact a fragment of Aurora's soul, and that they became strong so that the two pieces could meet and complete the soul. Of course, this is nothing more than nonsense thought up by bored hatchlings, right?
