378.png 		tumblr_inline_nll482iWeL1qg2i5p_400.png Yenirah was born longer ago than she'll say from a stray egg, found by the clan while scavenging the Molten Scar. A debate came up among them: nurture the egg until it hatched and hope that the young one would prove a valuable clan member, or sell it for quick and much needed treasure. The former was chosen, luckily for all involved, for Yenirah has been a valuable and revered member of their clan ever since. Although some say hatchlings do not hear what's spoken over them while in the egg, perhaps Yenirah did, because she is a foster mother to all the hatchlings of the clan. Whether they are found, bought, traded for, or hatched amid the fires of their lair, she treats them all with the love and kindness due her own hatchlings, making sure they know they have a place in the clan, and someone who will look after them no matter what. She works alongside Rudanis, whose Charge is the hatchlings of the clan, to tend, teach, and take care of them until they grow into adults, helping shape them to be worthy and wise members of the clan.

Yenirah has proven her value in the clan time and time again, not only for her tending of their little ones, but in her calm heart, and steady demeanor. Cool heads and calm judgment can be rare in a Fire clan, where passion and fury are easily whipped up, but Yenirah can always be relied upon to view any given situation with a fair and dispassionate point of view. Despite these mild and kind qualities, the snapper can be a force of destruction on the battlefield. She and her mate, Valkin, are adept at pinning their foes beneath their solid bulk before crushing them in their massive jaws. Were it not for their different lines of duty, the two would normally be inseparable, but Valkin still finds time to sneak away from his posts to see his beloved.
