He walks near silently, only the faint rustling of his clothes giving him away. He showed up at Kage no Sekai in the middle of the night, lanterns glowing softly and moonlight glinting off his bracelet.

It is unknown exactly where he comes from or why he chose to dwell with this group of dragons, but any attempt at asking him about it is simply ignored. He exists at Kage no Sekai and that's all anyone needs to know.

Sometime after he came to this realm of twilight Nargacuga managed to reach out to Starsong by learning that he likes flowers. Nargacuga gave Starsong a Flower Nymph, which has helped him start to reach out to other dragons in the clan.
