- The enigmatic and mercurial matriarch of House Phaedrin, the second house of Ra-Harenae. Progenitor of a cursed bloodline, doomed to never produce a suitable heir. She has taken upon dozens of consorts and produced scores of children. Many survive to adulthood, but all inevitably die in some unfortunate freak accident before they become fit to rule.

- In a desperate attempt to circumvent the curse she has changed her breed and genes countless times, and each time a little bit of her is lost. Many wonder behind closed doors if she's even the same dragon she was born as so many years ago.

- She's sometimes called the hundred-faced, a reference to both her ever-changing appearance and her erratic behavior and tendency to renege on diplomatic agreements.

- She has spent some time as a pearlcatcher and has kept her pearl. She produced very little pearl mucus (likely a side effect of having changed breeds so many times) and her pearl was small and misshapen and she had it shattered for an unknown reason shortly after she changed from a pearlcatcher. Many believe she saw her lost progeny in the pearl and couldn't stand the memories, though another, quieter rumor circulated only among the elite of House Phaedrin says that she still keeps the shards hidden in her vaults.
