Cheshire

Cheshire doesn't have the best of backstories, and sometimes it shows. He can be very defensive and quick to anger, his outbursts occasionally bordering on violence, and he frequently has terrifying nightmares that prevent him from getting a good nights sleep. For most of his life, things seemed pretty bleak- but that changed rather quickly when he met Seren. Cheshire was at first very wary of how kind the coatl was to him, but after much work on Seren's part the ridgeback soon warmed up to the warm affection those fluffy feathers offered, and it wasn't long before the two were inseparably and stupidly head over heels for each other. Cheshire still has episodes and outbursts, but with Seren now by his side he at least knows he doesn't have to weather them alone.
