- - - Hyoga is not truly a dragon, but rather living ice in the form of a coatl from the Southern Icefield. Their cloak is used to keep them from entirely melting. They represent the Ice flight in Licorice's council. They also help dragons that aren't used to the temperatures of the region to acclimate. Due to their dubious origin, some wonder if Hyoga is as good-intentioned as they claim, or if they are a spy for the Icewarden, looking for ways to exploit the other flights.
