- A "Manipulator of the Mind" - an ancient race that weaved themselves into power through discourse and erasing people's memories, replacing them with fake ones
- One of the last female Manipulators, but she never wanted children so she doesn't care
- She kidnapped Cassidy as a baby in order to use her against Aegis
- She controls almost the entire city, except for the odd few (like the androids, the Deities and those already turned insane) that she can't Manipulate
- Once had control over the assassins before something broke them and they escaped
- Killed Arien's mother when he was 10 and his sister was a newborn, controlled him and his future wife up until they were 16 before they escaped with Manon through Anika
- Sees no points in Manipulating some (like Anika) as her memories offer her nothing thanks to the barriers she put in place
