Not one to be held down by ironclad laws or watch her brothers and sisters suffer under the hands of corrupt governments, Chirin is a dedicated freedom fighter with a rebellious streak. Whether it's breaking unionists out of jail, attending protests, or spreading the word of social movements through story and song, Chirin is always looking out for their brethren. "Wind representative" is a rather loose term for this Wildclaw, as they go where they please and do what they want. Though don't expect to get much information out of him...
