It is hard to miss Warbock with his bright blue colors and the glowing green runes inscribed on his side. He walks with jolting steps and speaks with a stutter when he can be understood. The small hatchlings mutter to each other about the crazy Guardian who will eat them up before an elder dragons can nudge them along. He's harmless and spends most of his time staring into space. He hides his eyes under masks for he doesn't want others to see the new worlds growing in them.

He is one of the progens' grandchildren and was given much respect. He was supposed to take over the shrine but he searched too deep for the Tidelord's secrets before he was ready. The look into magic was brief but tragic. It broke his mind and was found in a vegetative state. He has since recovered from a lot of the magical trauma but damage like that is not undone in a night or even years.

He is rarely seen walking around the main island but at this point, he has become like an omen to the residents. If it is a bad omen he will try to change the future by interacting with those involved. He has two events that he couldn't change that haunt him. The first was the exaltation of Chersith and the destruction of the original docks by the tsunami.
