8APnCMd.png Interested in robotics and Artificial Intelligence from a young age, Betsal always had his nose either buried in books on the subject or dangerously close to power tools as he worked to construct a robot or machine of some sort. He loved to hover around Elisium as she worked, and the grudging Coatl took to him immediately. Although Betsal went into a different branch of engineering, the two still spend almost all of their free time together to discuss what would better as a binding agent.

Betsal spent the better half of his life reading up on AI and the proper way to develop it so that it could learn and grow on it's own. His very first successful AI was dubbed the Multitasking Artificial Xenocomputer, or MAX for short. MAX primarily lives in an updated computer system, and helps Betsal by reminding the Ridgeback as to where he left his Phillips head, and that no, it was not okay to "borrow" Elisium's titanium screws, even if she "maybe possibly said I could."
