A true child of the darkness, Rook follows in her mother's footsteps with every beat of her heart and wishes to do so until her dying days. She is a master of sleight of hand, and her pick-pocketing touch is lighter than the wind from a moth's wings. Skilled in subterfuge and forgery, she has friends in high places and her influence spreads far. In some circles, Rook is almost revered as royalty. Any sane dragon would dread ending up on the wrong side of her.

She is often seen on the outskirts of a crowded marketplace or square, a smirk on her face as she searches for her next victim. She manipulates the chosen one into following her into the forest. Usually, the victim is not seen again, and Rook returns to the square laughing, and goes back to pick-pocketing the non-local dragons.


More often than not, Rook is nowhere to be seen after night falls. Many strange and bizarre rumours have sprung up about her nightly disappearances, but they're a lot darker than what's actually happening.*

*Along with other direct daughters and sons of the ShadowBinder, she heads to the Forum of the Obscured Crescent to play their nightly game of sardines with their Mother and a few lucky exaltees. Afterwards they have cookies to enjoy. The ShadowBinder enjoys these games immensely, as do her children.
