Surge was the highest level coder in her clan deep in the Tempest Spire, and also the spunkiest too. A grand hacker, and the best at giving a raised eyebrow or a quirky grin. Competitive and clever, she is constantly tinkering with spare pieces of material and trying to make more helpful machines. Most of the gadgets in the clan were made by her.

Her spirit of lightning Sprocket is king of tip-typing with those legs of his, and Surge taught him how to hack into many things, the only exception probably being the Stormcatcher's own computer system. Unlikely to have been a smart idea, because now nothing can stop him.
