Miriam studies magic. Not like she's learning how to use magic, as in she is scientifically examining and experimenting with different forms of magic, such as necromancy, healing and fire. She studies how the different forms interact and react with each other, and particularly how the elemental magic reacts with its respective opposite (To often explosive results!). Her favourite magic that she studies is easily Arcane. It's so different to the others! It's so distractingly explosive and startling! How does it have no exact opposite elemental magic? How does it react to the many other forms of magic? Wait, let's not get off topic.

Miriam loves explosions and often forgets to take off gloves and goggles as she rushes around the clan searching for test subjects. Cheerful and extremely passionate, Miriam is a well-known figure in the clan, albeit the fact she is only a young adult. She gets along extremely well with Surge, as they share many similar qualities. Together with Taruskith (danger trio) they often cause large explosions and many odd and peculiar events such as having the entire clan evacuate due to a procession of magical beings rioting out of the laboratories.

Magic can almost act like a living, thinking creature at times. Changing, listening and obeying its master's whims in an almost familiar-like manner!
