Petal looks like a dragon who, though a bit narcissistic, is sweet and honestly tries to be kind and helpful to others. She's artsy and likes poetry and literature (of the more refined sort, naturally). She's also a strong leader, though sometimes she can be a little overbearing (she's definitely a perfectionist)

Petal is probably one of those super elegant, kindly old folks, the type that might make you think of Galadriel from LOTR or something of the like. One with nature and all that. Probably compulsively rhymes whenever giving speeches or just generally talking to people, and makes it a point of honor to get her rhymes correct.

What a pretty lady you have! She looks very sweet and dainty. She looks like she'd enjoy chasing dandelion fluff throughout the fields and try to convince other dragons to join in. She also looks like the kind who really enjoys baking, and always ends up with an excess of cookies of muffins and just hands them out to random dragons she sees. I could imagine her making cups of hot cocoa for everyone on a cold day.
