- "if the king won't fix this land, I will" she says
- the only thing that stands in her way is the king's champion
- rumor has it he's a warrior beyond match, with his face never seen
- she's a charismatic leader; her men fight and die for her, and in the final battle, she faces off with this champion
and as her blade slides home
she sees, at last, the champion's face
"No," she says, horrified, "Loisur NO-" but it is too late.
