Biography
KYARIA
;; curse of the unbinding
The general awoke with a start, the tug in her chest stronger than ever- and how she despised it, the wanderlust that threatened everything she knew and held dear. Kyaria dragged a silver-tipped claw down her face, lightly tracing around where her skeleton would show through her transparent body; though she didn't quite like how other dragons could quite literally look right through her, it did make for a particularly unsettling conversation piece, and getting information out of adversaries was...well, rather simple. It wasn't as though she liked to terrify the ones who could give the mercenaries what they wanted, but...ah, who's she kidding? In a good cop/bad cop scenario, she's the worst, taking on the role of judge, jury, and executioner. The Skydancer was hardly a bad person- hell, she loved to help out other dragons when she could, and her regiment, the Valkyries, were some of the most honorable mercenaries in the land. Before becoming a mercenary, she was part of the Icewarden's prison guard, and the treatment of some of the prisoners there...why, it was simply macabre in all ways! She was a general, yes, but compared to a god, she was nothing, and she could advocate for nothing. Either she was to follow all orders, or be frozen like the rest. The decision was not easy, by any means- here, she had food, and friends, and anything she could ask for, with her rank. Why, of course she could ignore the way that prisoners had few rights, how they were treated as trash even though some- few, yes, but still some- had perfectly valid and respectable reasons for their crimes. One evening, she finally made her decision, and called upon Atticus, her respected lieutenant, to make a run for it with her. And so, they did. (There will be better lore here, this is just an outline of her story so far!) Phasellus id ante augue. Maecenas id accumsan enim. Suspendisse potenti. Ut eleifend bibendum nisl sit amet maximus. Information Name // KYARIA -- Origin of name // Insert origin of name here. Alignment // TRUE NEUTRAL Role // GENERAL Personality // A very calm and calculating dragon much of the time, hardened and trained by only the finest in the Icewarden's prison guard- after she abandoned it with Atticus, she learned how to let up a little, and her old, fiery demeanor came back just a little. Knows her strengths well, but when someone taunts her, she's very likely to ignore logic to try and prove them incorrect. She often uses her beauty and charm to get weaker dragons on her side, if she believes they are incapable of fighting. -- Likes // Like, Like, Like -- Dislikes // Dislike, Dislike, Dislike Familiar // CERES -- Role of familiar // An informant and assistant, he knows how to signal to other commanders of the mercenaries to advance or retreat. Often hides behind her wings. |
