Maisa is one of the oldest dragons in the lair, being a hatchling around the time Galaix and Maggie were both teenagers or hatchlings themselves. She’s quiet and focused, and is rarely seen outside of her work. However, this is only after the clan got so large. According to stories from Lyon, her mate, she used to be visibly happy and emotional, close friends with many females in the clan, and even having a pet Hainu at one point. But that changed after she had three children leave to Flamecaller soon after hatching. Maisa was hurt, and refused to show her emotions again, and No matter how hard anyone has tried to cheer her up, very few dragons can. Everyday when she gets home though, and sees Lyon, a smile forms on her face as her mate welcomes her with a large meal and a clean house.

Maisa was injured as a hatchling and her clan-mates feared that her ability to fly would be impaired for the rest of her life. She grew up to be inventive and determined, having spent her youth trying to keep up with her den-mates. As an adult she resolved to find a way to compensate for what her injury had taken from her. With the help of the Fire flight master smith and after a long process of prototyping and testing, she built a pair of wings to assist her damaged ones. She is now able to out-fly all of her past den-mates and some of the best fliers in her clan.
