As you are walking around the Obsidian Oasis, you may wish to check out Moonglows library and scroll room. Moonglow is quiet and a bit of an insomniac, and it takes quiet a lot to get a smile out of him if he's not reading, or with his sister and brother. He's building up his collection of tome, and tries to alternate them everyday if possible, if he had more than one. His favorites are the Fire tome and maps and history books. His library is very easy to find. By one side of the Obsidian Oaisis, a small garden of Red roses with smokey quartz benches. A quartz library looms, with the name The Quartz Library written over the doorway. It was clearly built by an architect with extreme taste. Inside, a single dragon is at a obsidian desk, his glasses sliding down his nose, and using a Skydancer’s feather pen, which was inspired by a sky dancer named Keeps from the light flight. He looks up as you enter the glass doors, and his mouth forms a thin line. Something like a smile.
“Welcome.” He says, and shuts his book. “This is the Quartz Library. I am Moonglow. Let me know if you need anything. If you're looking for our clans collective wishlist, you're better off searching for Phoebus. If you're searching for any possible achievements we've earned, Amilek won't let me place them down here. They're somewhere in the village, most likely. Or bothering Usiku."

The Story of the Obsidian Oasis:

The Obsidian Oasis was a small clan, formed many years ago, when Coral was just a young dragon. He had been lost in the Ashefall waste, praying for Flamecaller to bring him for a break from the heat. She answered his calls, leading him and another tundra, one named Rust, to an Oasis deep in the land. The two of them stayed together, starting to build a home, as more and more dragons joined them. It didn't take long before they outgrew the little underground section, and the small clan decided to build around the opening. As they looked for what materials they had on hand, they found a collection of usable Obsidian. With that, they crafted gates, not to prevent those from entering without access. As a matter of fact, most of the times, the gates would stay open. No, the gates were meant to cloak the town itself. It would provide a cooling system, to prevent the trees inside of the Oasis from burning, and to keep it relatively comfortable. It was still unbearably hot at times, though, which lead to many of the dragons living near the Oasis, still. The clan grew, and had a thriving community, one that interacted with the world frequently. That was, until, one day, the Gates shut.

Two and a half years went by, of silence from the Oasis. The Obsidian Gates were still closed, with no guards posted around it. Their allies heard no word, from them. Then, one day, something changed. A stranger rushing through the market, talking about this large location out in the Ashfall Waste. These gates that he entered, to arrive to an Oasis unlike any he's seen before. The clan had expanded, and rebuilt during its years of hibernation, and once again they were flocking with activity. The Obsidian Oasis had opened its doors once more, as dragons were able to come and go. New ones found their homes there, as familiar faces made their way around Sornith. Coral, the leader, had resumed his position with his mate, Rust, as the two of them planned to make up for time lost.
