Arlian

Arlian is a night guard
She also used to scout the surroundings of the clan, but when the Guard Guides were created and began to help the defender teams with keeping the neighbourhood safe, she agreed to stick to a lair guard role. That means she wanders around the clan at night, making sure everything is safe and quiet... and if not, she awakes the proper dragons to deal with the threat.
We benefit of a very effective magical ward (several protection spells weaved together) here thanks to all the mage dragons working together, not to mention the overall peacefull surroundings carefully patrolled by the clan warriors, so Arlian doesn't have too much to handle. Nonetheless, she have certain things to be done, and sometimes wish she wasn't the only dedicted night guard.

Arlian is a nocturnal dragon - it wasn't always the case, though. She suffered from a very bad case of insomnia in her youth and somehow managed to redefine her life rythm (or maybe there is more to it... ?)
She also LOVES cats - or at least it seems, as she always accompanied by a lot of felines, either on her spiraling body... or somewhere else near.

As a Shadow dragon, she's a bit of a trickster, but likes subtile ones.


In fact, Arlian is the only and last member (or is she really .... ?) of a secret society.
Thanks to her very hidden ability earned throught a ritual of the society to talk to, control and even take possession of cats and felines, she gathers information from all over the Plateau... and more. Some of them need her to act, and she disappears for a few hours in the nights, or a few days.
No one knows what it's really about or if it's even real.
As a member, Arlian is know as a "Nightingale", but it's unclear if it's her pseudo, the name of a members' role, or of all the members.


When off duty, she spends time with her two lovers and mates, Alteris the romantic mage and Aphyr the stock manager and amateur jeweler.
They have absolutely no idea what's going on about the secret society.
In their intimacy, she loves roleplaying with her mates, pretending to be a powerful spy mage or a witch from a secret assassin coven... but given how natural she's at it, is she really pretending... ?
