Coffee

With many of his missions being shrouded in secrecy, Coffee has multiple hidden bases scattered throughout the Viridian Labyrinth, sometimes stretching into the domains of other flights, where he retreats to form plans or seek out employers. While he refuses to take any job that entails killing as an end goal, this Pearlcatcher is regardless dangerous, and is not afraid to use lethal force. A lack of physical strength or prowess is more than compensated for by his intelligence and knack for brewing lethal poisons that can fell even the most resistant of foes. As such, he is regularly hired as a bodyguard, or to act as security for merchant caravans in places where attacks from enemy flights or Beastclans are common.

Coffee's work is not always so transparent as acting as security, however. He will take missions that involve theft or prison-breaks, even if it means getting past an entire flight of Gaolers. With the power of warded orbs to help him see the future, a vast collection of books, and artifacts that whisper secrets, Coffee acts with careful planning. His price is high, but he has obtained a loyal base of clientele for his efficiency.

In striking contrast to his work, Coffee is very social when he is home with his clan, even having a mate who is drastically different from himself. He keeps much of his work a secret for the sake of ensuring that his family is not harmed, though even if some individuals learned where he came from, it would likely not matter; there are devastatingly strong dragons within Coffee's clan that are not to be trifled with. The Pearlcatcher himself is harmless, by comparison.
