Ezra

Tir na Nog's only qualified medial professional, Ezra runs a humble apothecary shop near the heart of town. He arrived on the Dawn Maiden while the settlement was still just 3-4 dragons and provided medical services and helped with manual labor in exchange for "somewhere to hide out". Now that there are more dragons coming on and off the island, he focuses solely on his apothecary work and refuses to act as a doctor outside of emergencies. None of the other residents know much about his past aside from being longtime friends with the captain of the Dawn Maiden. There's a rumor that he was run out of his previous home before but it's hard to imagine anyone hating such an earnest and diligent dragon.

Down-to-earth and polite, he gets along with the other residents of Tir na Nog. They are content not to pry into his business in exchange for cheap and reliable apothecary services. The exception to this is Oberon, who is the isle's most frequent receiver of emergency medical services. If the obelisk isn't showing up half-dead in the early morning he's badgering Ezra on his normal work days. He's an annoyance, but also the first to jump to the apothecary's defense, and Ezra is grateful for that. Over time they've developed some kind of working relationship between mutual respect and petty rivalry, and Ezra has become embarrassingly fond of the other's company.
His pet snake is named Maes.
