Kirk is the kind of queen that you do not want to upset. At all. The last person who dared upsetting her is now six feet under the ground, feeding the worms, and his skull decorates the garden of the clan. This mirror was born to become a ruler, of anything. And what's better than becoming the most powerful person in a clan? What's better than becoming THE Queen of her own town? She succeeded in this wish. And she used her new power to make a harsh but fair politic, making her newly created village work better and faster than her former pack. She started by naming her warchiefs, who would help her in the battles and the "security" of the clan. Then, she chose Heimdall, a strong and docile guardian, to become her body guard. If he failed his mission, he had to pierce one of his eyes, showing everyone his failure. Unfortunately, someone was not happy with her queen's manners. It was one of the most powerful and fierce warchiefs of Kirk, Jormungand. He hated the way she gave him orders. He hated the way she looked at him like he was nothing more than a piece of meat, thrown to the battlefield. Even if she knew that he was one of her most powerful warchiefs, she didn't see more in him, just because he was a male, only here to be strong and quiet, and fight for her. So one night, he came in her tent, waiting until Heimdall was asleep, and killing the chimera of Kirk to avoid any unwanted sound. The bogsneak took one of the feline's fangs, and came into the chamber of his queen, who was awake. - What do you want, warchief?, Kirk asked, surprised by his sudden presence. - What you want from your warchief. Jormungand grabbed the mirror by the neck, and, his face as close as possible as hers, thrust the fang in her chest, smiling when he felt the bones cracking against his strengh. Kirk's eyes opened wide, the blood flowing from her chest. - To be powerful. - Y... you know that... you're gonna... regret this. - Oh yes, my Queen. I know. He stabed her again, in the neck, and let her body fall on the cold ground, while the red color of her blood was recoloring the fabrics of her room. |

She couldn't die like this. Killed by one of her warchiefs, in her tent, when she was still in her prime as a Queen. Jormungand killed her like it was nothing, like she was one of his targets in the battlefield. Kirk could not accept that. After she awakened from her death, in a dark and empty space, she began to feel an unbearable anger growing in her mind, her body, everywhere. She was upset. However, one day, when she was at Mimisbrunnr's place, the Oracle told Kirk that one of her men was going to kill her. That day, Kirk laughed so hard that the poor mirror didn't know what to do. But now, she was only more upset. She should have listened to Mimisbrunnr's warning, she should have listened to her own son. Now, she just wanted to return to the living and avenge her unfair death. - It's possible, in fact. The voice she just heard was from nowhere and everywhere at the same time. She looked around her, but nobody was there with her. - Who just spoke?! - It's not important. What is important is your answer to this question : do you really want to come back from the death itself? - Of course I want to! Where are you? Show your face if you dare speak to me! A profound sigh traveled through the empty space, before a greenish light shone in front of Kirk. From it emerged a tremendous coatl, beautiful, with skeletal markings on his body shining with a bright light. - Who are you?, asked the mirror, looking proudly at this stranger. - I am Hefna. I am your exit ticket. - Speak. Fast. The coatl explained to Kirk that he had the power to bring her back to life, in a certain way. She would be a ghostly creature, surrounded by a terrifying aura, and an incapacity to harm anyone as harshly as before. She accepted the deal almost immediately. Having a chance to fool death itself is not a chance you get everyday, and Kirk was not about to take it for granted. The coatl took her in his hand, and exhaled a dark powder. It surrounded the fallen Queen, and made her faint in the dark and empty space. He dropped her body before vanishing like a shadow, letting her fall in the void. During her fall, a group of candles appeared around her, starting to burn her skull, remolding her bones to make a crown on her head. Cold cobwebs were summoned on her wings, and some old fabrics draped around her body, trying to hide her two wound that were still fresh. Her ghost form was finished.
Her revenge had begun.

JORMUNGAND - Warchief & he better stay as it. Jormungand is one of the three warchiefs under the orders of Kirk. He serves her during battles, and is an amazing and savage warrior on the battlefield, making Kirk liking working with him. Until the day the bogsneak decided that receiving orders from a small mirror wasn't what he wanted. So he decided to kill her. Unfortunately for him, she came back, and now his life is hell because of his actions. Since this day, he lives in fear but also cannot deny the gigantic admiration he have for this powerful being. |

MIMISBRUNNR - Son This mirror is the Oracle of Horizons, a seer that learned from water dragons to see in the future. His visions aren't as good as what Njord, the hermit living near Dróttningbœr can see, but they are sufficient for the Queen. He's also the son of Kirk, and she doesn't show it often, but she loves him very much. She would be extremely sad to loose him, first because he is useful, and because he's the only family she have. |

HEIMDALL - Friend & Bodyguard Heimdall have the saddest story she could ever see. She chose this guardian as her bodyguard, a few years after the beginning of her reign. He did his job wonderfully, until this damned night, where Jormungand went into Kirk's home, killed her chimera and stabbed the Queen two times. Until that day, he lived in a hell of nightmares, blindness, pain and regrets. When she came back from death, she found a poor guardian, living in fear and agony, and felt so destroy by this that she swore to protect him as much as he was protecting her. |
