In Nidhögg's Kitchen you'll find quite a friendly snapper there waiting for you. There always seems to be a special warm seat waiting for you whenever you enter. The village speculates that she has some sort of "Third-Eye" because for some very odd reason when a dragon comes in she immediately knows a whole treasure trove about that dragon, even if the two never even speak a word to each other. Their likes, their favourite foods, what they feel like eating, and what they want to hear. She denies this of course, but her friendly yet cryptic smile and the way she always has the advice you need to hear leaves many to ponder. It's quite rare to see her upset, but on a few occasions when a certain dragon walks in that friendly smile drops and it drops hard. She'll quietly escort the dragon out of tavern, even if they just walked in, even if they haven't spoken a word, or even if they seem friendly. ... And you'll never see that dragon's face again. Not in the tavern, not in the village, and not in the rest of the Sornieth even. You could try to look for them, follow every trail, every clue and every crumb. Along the way you'll that the dragon she escorted out was most definitely illmoral, whether it be a criminal, a murderer, a liar, or a thief whomever that dragon was they were nasty. And at the end of your search for the dragon who'd she kindly escorted out, you'll find that dragons grave surrounded by marigold detailing every wretched wrong-doing that dragon did. Always marigold. Or instead of taking a year to learn about that dragon and their misdeeds you could just ask her. She'll kindly retell every wrongdoing about that dragon, of course dropping the subject right as your about to ask 'Where are they now?' |
