Pearl came from a world draped in finery and expensive things. Trained in all matters of courtly manners, she retains what she learned all those years ago. When she came of age it was decided that to further her education she was to travel out into the world and experience it- in turn this would make her a much more well-rounded lady for court and eventually land her a good match.

Pearl met Zinnia when the fae had traveled to a local festival. Pearl had been travelling through and was surprised to see the small fae in town flanked by a Mirror and a Wildclaw, both much larger males following the chattering fae as she flitted from stall to stall. And once Pearl visited the small Thornwood clan, she decided to stay. What could court ultimately offer her? A life of boredom and carefully manicured manners. With the clan, there was always something new, something to do. Pearl turned her hand to healing, to learning the herbs and plants of the forest so she can better serve Zinnia.
