Andreas is a well known and respected researcher in the facility. His calm, collected and well-mannered attitude serves him well, and some even find it a bit off-putting, to say the least. He always seems to have the best in mind, and is frighteningly good at getting into a hatchling's thoughts. Andreas specializes in dragon psychology, and knows the best way to bring down walls, calm somebody down and learn what's bothering them and how it affects the rest of dragonkind. Renowned for his book "The ten dragon personalities, which are you?", he's found himself a comfortable living in the company. His home is actually inside the walls of the place, and right next to his work office. It's a large room with many books neatly stacked in the corners, and is simply painted white with nothing distracting on the walls. If you're invited to his office for a research session, he'll always supply you with tea, a tray of biscuits and maybe a pastry or two, especially if he knows that it will be calming to the dragon who gets it. He works almost as a therapist, his voice working as an anchor for a dragon not to get distracted. Andreas uses these sessions to learn the thoughts behind certain actions and understand the symptoms of disorders that plague some of his co-workers. He does this by noticing how a dragon acts during the talk. Do they fidget? Get distracted easily? Perhaps they are a bit too talkative. And then he works from there. However, some dragons who are in trouble are also invited to his office and get a... Slightly less warm reception. He'll still give you tea, but maybe nothing else, and while his voice still stays calm and friendly, you can tell that he's disappointed. That disappointed look has been known to break almost every dragon around him who does anything remotely bad, and it's frightening how dragons react to it. Nobody is ever sure of his true intentions, really. Most of the workers say that he's just a lovable goofball who wants more good in sornieth, but... Others, they quietly gossip and whisper about how they feel something off about him. As if he were capable of harming somebody, but that's not possible, right?
