How I Met My Lizard

'It's a beautiful day today,' Bob thinks to himself as he walks along the cliffs. The dark water below is almost calm for once, and the light reflecting off the ice around him is almost dizzyingly beautiful. Not to mention the amazingly blue sky abo-

"HRRK!" A strange noise escapes from him as he trips over something unseen on the ground. He lays on his back for a moment trying to calm his pounding heart until something pink in his peripheral catches his attention. It's... A lizard. A pink lizard. It skitters over to sit next to his head and stares at him. Its tongue flicks in and out and it just sits there like that.

'What a weirdo,' he thinks. The lizard looks like it's judging him.
