Head of the clan.

Ciirus's authority on the clan grounds is absolute. She decides who gets in, and who will leave, should there be need for that. Her word is hardly ever questioned, and even then it's usually by the few that consider her a friend.

Ciiru's rule may seem harsh, and be so, but Rilo is quick to convince any newcomers that she cares. And she does - she just tends to keep some distance to almost everyone, and often appears rather withdrawn and cold. It's in privacy that she feels that she can freely speak up and express her emotions.

Despite being tolerant - and even of appreciating at times - towards dragons of different elements Ciiru values loyalty to clan and Flight as a virtue unlike other. On the early days of her life her views on this matter where rather rigid, but after an encounter with a particular caster bearing the element of Nature, she soon realized the narrow-mindedness in that.

Zephir and Ciiru's friendship, odd as it is, has also grown from bitter tolerance to deep respect over time, not without Sam's effect. Sam had been there on Ciiru's side ever since they first gazed upon the Scarred wasteland unfolding around them, and thus the young female didn't hesitate joining forces with the one that at first appeared enemy, once her friend spoke up about the caster being his charge. She couldn't risk losing her closest friend because of that, and most of the oldest members of the clan are aware of the unspoken gratefulness she shows toward the guardian for this - for Zephir became a valuable member to the clan, and a valuable friend as well.

Due to her coatl hearing Ciiru prefers to have someone reliable to aid her with communication when dealing with important matters. Though, she has developed a great skill at lip-reading, but it's still easy to miss a lot if a dragon doesn't realize to ensure that she sees them speak. This is something newcomers to clan will be briefed on on the day of their arrival, to avoid them accidentally appearing inconsiderate.

Ciiru's chosen mate is Hiems.
