Shale is currently the toughest member of the clan, but beneath an intimidating exterior she is really quite sweet, and even a little sheepish. She is also very clumsy, watch out.
Whether menacing or shy, she nonetheless is good at getting things done. She works hard because hard work is her passion. Shale and her companions are on a mission to train the dragons of the Sanctuary so that they may take on any challenges that come their way. Shale believes that knowledge, skill, and strength are the best weapons a dragon can have - though she doesn't mind also having a massive cleaver at her disposal.
There is so much power in helping one's companions be strong. For many things, what one dragon can do well, more than one can do better.
The shrill, airy, and percussive sounds that make up her battle cry sound suspiciously like horror ambience. She also attaches chains to her body for her to rattle around.
