The night is cold, The night is unforgiving

Karles lived a life of misery and loneliness. The realization that he had no hobbies left him without a purpose in life. He'd lay on his couch eating Cheetos all day waiting for something interesting to happen, and one day, it happened.

As he awoke to another dreary existence, he noticed something... something different.

"I'M OUT OF CHEETOS!"

He scrambled to his chubby legs and ran out the door, for it was time to go shopping.

When he reached the store referred to as "Walmart", he bolted to the snack isle only to be interrupted by a voice from the heavens.

"My son, you must not waste your life on such foolish things, come into the light."

The loud disembodied voice boomed.

"But I can't! I love my Cheetos!"

Karles said with tears in his eyes.

A form emerged from the light, ripped with muscles with a small head of a robin. This was the god known as "Mars of Walmart", a being who only appears to those truly in need (he gets paid minimum wage).

"Come my child... Let me show you the way ."

Mars touches Karles' head and the world blasts with colors only to be described as "Lisa Frank". The vision ends and Mars begins to ascend back into the light, saying his last words to Karles:

"Pay your taxes..."
