Biography

Royal was accidentally created in an experiment with alchemy. In Glacier and Mulberry's defenses, they didn't know alchemy could be so... finicky? They were just messing around with ingredients to see what would happen, you know? They'd heard of Bogsneaks, sure, but they didn't expect to accidentally bring all of their sludge to life! That was silliness!

And silliness it was, because the dragon that the sludge formed into resembled a large snapper made of nothing but glowing cyan muck. Mulberry and Glacier had a lot of explaining to do, when they left to learn alchemy and then came home with a six-meter, several ton dragon. Royal, meanwhile, was very happy to exist, and happy to see the world, and, whatever, the clan could support another dragon just fine. You're responsible for that which you create, and all that.

Royal, for his part, is a cheerful, somewhat impressionable, and very naive dragon, having just been created out of slime. He doesn't really know his size, and is half-convinced he's a fae like the dragons who created him. He's not, but it's the thought that counts, right? Luckily, despite his size being kind of dangerous, he's normally relatively harmless, as being made from slime protects people from being truly crushed so much as just getting stuck. He always feels bad when he does that sort of thing... When he moves, it's very goofy, and he can't fly, although he's determined to learn one day.

He's also a lover of princesses, and tends to dress himself as though he is a princess. This is encouraged by his "siblings", Mulberry and Glacier, so that he has somewhat more reasonable hobbies than "pretending to be a dragon that is barely a twelfth of his size". They spend a decent amount of time finding nice, pretty pink clothes for him.

He also collects pet frogs, and has an increasingly silly collection of frogs around him at all time. Apparently, his slimy body attracts them. Frogs, his beloved...
