For most of his life, Levi's main goal has been survival. He was born deep in the Plaguelands, so deep you couldn't see the sky for the rolling infection clouds. Much like his boyfriend, Jude, with whom he grew up, he was forced to navigate this landscape alone. Jude was an orphan; Levi was forced to leave his birth Clan due to his Primal eyes. He eventually joined the Boneguard as a way to make money, and quickly advanced through the ranks due to his magical skill. The thing he was unaware of of: the thief he was chasing turned out to actually be his boyfriend, and Levi let him get away on purpose, sure he would never see him again. An orderly and law-abiding dragon by nature, the moral qualms of this shook Levi to his core, and he left the Boneguard. From that point on, his life finally had a new purpose: find his boyfriend again.

Tracking Jude to Home was easy. Convincing Levi to settle down himself at Home was much less easy, as he could not see why Jude likes the place so much, though he eventually came around. He did refuse to live in the Primal hall, as many of Home's other Primals are simply too rule-breaking and arrogant for his tastes. Levi is well-mannered and soft-spoken, and breaking rules often doesn't even occur to him. Despite the novelty of his eyes, he can very easily fade into the background. Since rekindling his relationship with his old boyfriend, however, Levi has discovered some new parts of himself which he thinks he likes very much. His skill with magic and as a soldier makes him well-respected at Home, and many dragons like him for his orderly nature. Levi is very predictable; he always wears black-and-white, the same colours as his feathers, and the only exception to this rule is the bracelet he wears (an old gift from Jude). Despite his polite nature, he has discovered that he can come across as terse (something many older Plague dragons discover). His confidence in his magical skill means he sometimes sounds a bit arrogant, though he can at least back up everything he says. Despite the fact that he's still a little too uptight and a touch too grim, Levi has earned his spot as one of Home's best warriors.

Behind the Name...

Levi (לוי) is a Hebrew name coming from the word meaning 'joining.' It is the last name of the traditional Jewish priestly class, a reference to Levi's lofty standing as a Primal dragon.
