There isn’t much to know about me other than that I’ve been here for a long, long time. I’ve watched everything. I’ve watched dragons come and go, be born and sold. Die. Oh– sorry, that’s a bit morbid, isn’t it? I’m Arkose. I work with wire. Jewelry, sculptures, glasses– oh, I blow glass occasionally! I make everything I wear. Well, except for this Golden Fillet. That was from Nacra when I first arrived as a hatchling. She acted like a surrogate mother and taught me to use my magic. I owe her many things. Ebonite has been a wonderful friend. He arrived about the time I did, and followed me all around, showing me about and being the goofy lump he is. I’m surprized he isn’t partnered yet. In fact– I don’t have a clue what he’s been up to lately...

I don’t have much to say for my mate– but he’s certainly “fascinating.”
