He's a bit silly, but deeply empathetic and kind. He was very inspired by in the work his dad does, and found his calling working with plants and writing. Rho's very non-confrontational, enough so that he'd rather be a doormat than possibly cause an argument. Amaranth worries about this, but luckily Ruin is working on teaching her son to stand up for himself when she can.

Though the family is a bit...strange, considering that his parents are no longer romantically involved, he is very close with them and his distant sister, Larkspur (who is taking a trip around Sornieth to find herself).

He keeps track of packages and items that others are looking for. He's very knowledgeable on the residents of the Sanctuary and their needs.
