The Purveyor
Might it be by blood or fate that all decedents of the queen be cursed in some way, their minds corrupted by the notion of royalty. Some claim to hear her whispers. At dusk, Rendicio is often seen conversing with the shadows a dancing flame might cast. He holds himself with dignity at these times, with long strides and wide gestures, his manic laughter fueled with princely arrogance.

By daybreak he is an empty husk of a dragon, his intense glare sending shivers down one's spine. His clanmates speak of his life outside the sheltered walls of Abanon, wandering the alleys of slums with his coat filled with things that'll make one forget their troubles for a time.
