This dragon is a merchant. He's obsessed with finding and dealing with 'light' as he calls it. A certain power or draw he senses in some objects that makes him want to buy them. He's controlled 100% by his heart, if he likes something he'll go to sometimes extreme heights to get them. He rarely has to, he's an amazing haggler and dealer and he rarely has to pay even markets price for an item.
He's also madly in love with the world. Again, he travels out to find this 'light'. Be it on the bottom of a smiling dragons eyes or dangling over the Wymwound - he wants to see it all. He loves visiting new places and would really wish he could paint or draw. Unfortunately he has very little artistic skill on that point. Instead he writes amazing poems or short stories based on the places he visits and these he often sells to dragons he meets on his journeys (always saving a copy for himself .. They are his way of remembering where he has been)
He prefers to travel alone, but is very friendly. As he gets bored with staying in the same spot, and of the same items staying in his possession, he also gets bored of the dragons around him. He loves deeply, but his spirit is like the wind his green eyes represent; he needs to flow freely from one thing to the other.
therefor, he often join his road with a stranger he meets on his journey, follow them for a while and then return to his lone ways. He sometimes set out to find the people he once spent time with, after not having seen them in a couple of years, just to catch up on them. In these meetings he finds his 'light' shining the brightest
