You are alone and far from everything you know. You have arrived at the Chapter: a commune of magical creatures and beings. A sweet scent draws you to a soft lavender glow. Wisteria and pink vines festoon crystalline trees. As you part the flowers, you find yourself within a fairy circle, the pale mushrooms and crystals that ring you hum with an ethereal song. In the middle of the ring is a creature with diaphanous wings and as the light hits them, a rainbow of pastels bathe the grass. The creature turns to you and its eyes are warm with affection, as though you are a long lost friend. "Welcome to the Chapter. I am Rollo, King of the Fairies." In the lost moment of a blink, a table made of quartz appears. Set upon it is a teacup and teapot, from which steam lazily curls from the spout. "Something to slake your thirst," Rollo says as he shifts from soft furred creature to a tall winged man, smiling fondly at you. He reaches for your cheek but does not touch until he sees the assent in your eyes. His touch is cool but softer than silk. You feel fathomless power radiating off him but it does not frighten you. Instead, you are put at ease. Whatever terrible things the world is capable of, Rollo could safely ferry you through all of it. "Welcome child to my kingdom. Here, you can be whatever you want. Learn whatever pleases you. Or dream...dream and imagine, create the stories, art or music that comes from the wellspring of your soul." He reaches blindly behind himself and the tea that had been in the pot is now in the cup. The cup is warm as Rollo places it in your palm. All comforts you have ever known pales compared to Rollo's kiss on your brow. "You are safe, you are loved, you are remarkable."
