Charitable. Kind. Grace incarnate. These are just a few of the words the dragons of [your clan name here] would use to describe Corbeille, the clan's resident baker and altruist.
Corbeille would sooner give the apron off of her back than watch another derg go without clothing. She's the type to offer the last half of her sandwich to someone without a single bite to their name. If this derg's entire life could revolve around charity, it would - but to give, one needs to obtain to begin with, and thus when she isn't giving her time where it is most needed, she is working to sell her baked goods within the farmers' markets of Sornieth. Using this money, she buys as little as she needs to support herself, and pours the rest into baking large quantities of bread loaves, pastries, and other easily-disturbed goods to the less fortunate. Leaving [your clan name here] isn't something she particularly enjoys making a habit of, as she's somewhat of a homebody, but knowing that there are dergs abroad that need a warm meal and a kind word is encouragement enough to get her moving.
Due to her frequent travels, she has become particularly adept at letter writing. Some of her more particularly passionate letters could be counted as prose or poetry - one should consider themselves particularly lucky if they find themselves on the receiving end of a letter from Corbeille.
So, is Corbeille just an angel incarnate? Surely, every derg must have a few vices, right? Maybe so, but maybe Corbeille is the exception to the rule. It seems that any derg you ask about her doesn't seem to have a single bad thing to say - even the most foul-tongued Ridgeback, or cranky Snapper. In fact, just stepping next to this guardian makes a derg feel a little better...almost as if the very air around her is charged with pleasantry. Hmm...
