Biography

Shadowed Infinity is a kindhearted and determined fae, but she often finds herself struggling with social anxiety when it comes to dragons outside her clan. She is married to Tidal and they have two children, Seaspray and Lily.

- Shadowed Infinity prefers the nickname Shadow, however, she often gets criticized that Shadow is a poor name for a shadow flight dragon.
- She excels at creating organized sheets, but can often struggle with communicating face to face. Thankfully, Tidal does most of the talking for her.
- Shadow's favorite food, ironically, is stuffed whale stomach.

CLAN LORE & HEADCANONS

I find that often, the world of Flight Rising is far too developed and too little developed all at once. It leaves a huge amount to imagination, while being particular about much else. We know all about the biology of a Fae and a Guardian - we have no canon reference on how these two species can ever possibly interact with one another, live in the same clans, or live in the same society. Leaving things up to imagination can be good, but I find that on Flight Rising, it fails to be supported enough. There is far too much left for the player to make up, and it can be overwhelming. This is all, of course, my opinion - and I love the writing of Flight Rising, believe me!

In order to make writing much easier for me, I headcanon a different set of sizes for the dragons. All dragons retain their current size motif - imperials/ridgebacks/guardians are huge, spirals and fae are tiny. However, I imagine that the largest imperials really only grow to 30 feet tall on average. This makes them still huge, but helps keep society somewhat more reasonable. All dragons keep their relative sizes, a snapper would be generally between a fae and an imp, a tundra is between a snapper and a fae, etc. I hope you understand this choice, and remember, it's just my own personal lore!
