“I'll do better, I swear!” Armor buffed to a flawless shine, sword hitched tight to his side, he straightens with eager poise and purpose. Vigilant, yes, but there are telltale twitches of uncertainty - tugging at gauntlets, checking his sword, glancing about to see if anyone noticed his distraction and realizing suddenly that he looks even more distracted as a result. Endearing as his elders find his antics, he grits his teeth and vows to grow stronger, keener, quicker; the perfect protector of his home. ★ T'BREN (his mentor) He idolizes her, training hard and listening intently to everything she says in the hope that he'll one day be her equal. ⚔ SENKAR (a "former" assassin) The young guard has made it his mission to keep a wary eye on him, knowing his superior T'Bren simply doesn't have the time. Senkar seems quietly amused by the bright shadow he's acquired.
