Some dragons like dogs. Some dragons like cats. Some dragons, for reasons the clan cannot fathom and dearly wish the dragon in question would choose a different hobby, like snakes that are dangerous. It all began with a snake bite - not a particularly dangerous one, although green tree pythons love to bite unsuspecting green wildclaw hatchlings, they are far from venomous. But it was enough to launch a lifelong obsession within that hatchling that shaped her entire being.
"Wow! I might die!" , is often the thought that crosses Snakebite's mind when she is cooing over her menagerie of mambas and varieties of vipers, a sentiment that is not shared by most of the clan. Though they do reap the benefits from the remedies that can be extracted from the venom of her snakes, so they're more than happy to let her stay provided the danger noodles steer clear.
