Pacific was one of the first dragons of the deep to encounter Tautou and Entendu during the creation of the clan, and she became the most trusted companion of the Founders shortly after. It was at the end of Tautou's reign that she was given the position of Overseer, becoming the directing head on behalf of the clan with authority at par with the Founders. Pacific carries out Tautou's orders and makes decisions in his standing, and the other denizens have never questioned her judgment.

With the amount of work that Pacific has cut out for her, she chose two invaluable assistants that help direct out her commands personally: Wavecrest of the Deepsea Oracles and Mother Anglerfish of the Abyssal Warriors. She has taken on Pisces as her apprentice, the only child of the Founders that shows any interest in leading the clan after her parents, but at this time she is much too young to do much of anything. Pacific values the companionship, however, and is teaching Pisces the duties such a position holds to the best of her abilities.

Pacific is a prominent deepsea archaeologist and her mate, Atlantic, a historian. She has a personal interest in the history of the Sea of a Thousand Currents and does her best to shed some light on ancient civilizations and other such knowledge that was lost throughout the ages. The two of them often set out on expeditions across the sea, seeking out prehistoric ruins that her Abyss Striker has a knack for finding. Her hoard is a massive collection of aquatic relics and artifacts which she catalogs and studies in her spare time.
