Somewhat of a self-identified botanist, Al Niyat left Clan Umbra in order to continue her pursuit in finding a cure for the umbral curse. She was to stay with their allies in Clan Abyss, but... well, she never actually made it that far.
Somewhere along her journey, Al Niyat had gotten lost. She ended up a little more to the West than intended, right at the border between the Scarred Wasteland and the Thousand Current Sea. She was found by Skinflayer, a guard to the Waste Waters who was on patrol at the time. Al Niyat seemed harmless enough, and Skinflayer was intrigued by the array of plants and herbs that she carried, thinking it prudent for her to meet their matriarch.
This is how she inadvertently found herself within the ranks of the Waste Waters. Their leader, Willow, asked for help with some of her medicine making, and Al Niyat didn't think no was an option in this situation. She became a secondhand healer of sorts, assisting Willow with whatever ominous "medicine" it is that she works on.
But it isn't all bad- Al Niyat has come to love some of the denizens, even if their hygiene is somewhat subpar, and she continues to further research the Umbral Curse by studying under Willow.
- the "apprentice"
- somewhat disgusted / super grossed out by poor hygiene, she became a secondhand healer of sorts, or just knows like basic self-aid ?
- terrified of getting sick, compulsively cleans stuff
- a love for stars / can name the constellations
I am not a fool entire
No, I know what is coming
You'll bury me beneath the tree I climbed
When I was a child
