Windstorm:
Shaw's weapon is held in the teeth and is combined with flying, charging, and clawed attacks. Spinning and diving attacks are common. Windstorm is shorter ranged and weaker, but they are faster than Scorpion.
Scorpion:
Shaw's weapon is strapped to the end of the tail and is mostly swung with a wide arc or overhead like a scorpion. The sure footing needed, alongside with the dangers to the wings, prohibit extensive combination attacks, but the attacks have more power and are longer ranged than Windstorm.

Biography:
Shaw is a soldier of fortune and has been a mercenary since his youth. Shaw works on his own as a freelancer. Primarily, Shaw works as a body guard or a security guard for different establishments. At other times, Shaw is hired as muscle for intimidation or to fight in the place or for others. Shaw's favourite jobs involve head hunting though. Shaw likes to collect bounties the most because the duties allow him to travel all over the land.
Shaw is often hired by Nyura to fill in for her while she disappears. Shaw doesn't know it but Nyura actually goes and socializes with her old war buddies. Many individuals in the Quarry have joked at different times that Nyura should just pay for Shaw to be on retainer. Even Nyura is beginning to think that she should just hire Shaw as a clan guard. Shaw is not one for being tied down like that though, but he can't deny that the idea is alluring.
Shaw came to the Quarry years ago, long before the Quarry built the wall or returned to a less electrically driven lifestyle. Shaw had followed the local thieve and bartender Coyote hoping that Coyote might have some sort of bounty. Shaw, however, decided to stay and watch instead of apprehending or killing Coyote, because Shaw saw that Coyote was doing his very darnedest to benefit the clan over himself.
Shaw likes to live richly and without limits. This life leads Shaw all over the place, from parties to galas, to forests and deserts. Whenever there is something interesting for Shaw to entertain himself with, Shaw would find it. Shaw spends most of his money having fun, but after the Breach, Shaw decided to start saving a little bit here and there. Shaw's extravagant life goes as much to his Zalis Lucius as to himself. From the finest berries to the sweetest fruit, Lucius is treated well. The fact that Lucius spreads seeds everywhere has proven to have quite an interesting effect on the Quarry's burgeoning Warp Wood.
Shaw is often a guardsman alongside Weir, Cato, Nyura, and Tsun.
Shaw's cleaver needs frequent repair and refitting by Arnskar due to Shaw's rough treatment of his gear.
