⌈ YAHEL ⌋
Head Blacksmith
1st Gen • Level 15 • "he/him"
"The ringing of steel against iron - my favorite kind of song."
Yahel is an extremely skilled blacksmith and currently the main (possibly overworked) blacksmith for the entire clan. He is highly respected among the other dragons, as he was one of the very first clan members. He's very patient and seems to easily brush off even the most annoying of dragons. Though, he does work by a melting hot furnace and loud, scary sounds all day. A hatchling's endless screeching is nothing to him.
As a blacksmith, he takes his job very, very seriously and doesn't like being interrupted while working. He is responsible for up-keeping all weaponry and armor for the clan's fighters and even does a bit of house repair once in a while. His clan mates always bring up that he should take on an apprentice to help with the workload, but all he does is grumble in response. Nobody can tell if it's a "yes", "no", or "maybe."
Yahel has been with the clan for many years, watching young dragons like Anaphalis grow into strong warriors, and treats Satyrion and Yarrow as old friends.

Yahel originally lived in the Ashfall Waste, near the Great Furnace region. He will always be a Fire dragon at heart, for his homelands is where he mastered his craft.
When he first met Satyrion and Yarrow, he was so taken by their determination, despite all their struggles, that he offered to join their clan and provide his services as blacksmith.
Yahel was the first and currently one of the oldest Fire dragons to join the clan.
