Captain
Once a fearsome undercover pirate captain, Flint gave up piracy when he fell in love with Sharphorn's Earth Ambassador, Malin. Achelous pardoned him after considerable consideration, but Flint's dark past followed him up from the depths.
A pirate captain he once outwitted, Captain Galestrike of The Garnet Rogue, sought revenge against Flint and his ilk. It was Galestrike who called the Emperor to destroy Flint and his clan. It is said Flint almost went to surrender to Galestrike in hope that the rival captain would call off the Emperor, leaving Malin, their children, and their clan in peace, but things during the battle went horribly awry.
It is assumed he perished along with the rest of his loved ones. Only the once-fearsome captain's pearl ring was found on the deck of his crippled ship...
