Dulce is a wanderer at heart, and so being appointed as the diplomat of the clan only made sense. He travels throughout the lands of Sornieth, reporting back on current events, disagreements, and happenings of the world at large. He also passes messages along from dragons who have left their homes, and brings word of their families.

He and Nomad tend to run into each other on their travels, and have grown close over time. Dulce can never stay away from the clan for long, though, as he is particularly fond of Sugarfloss' sweet treats.
